National World War I Museum at Liberty Memorial
Jeffrey Byrne & Associates, Inc. is proud to have partnered with the National World War I Museum at Liberty Memorial in their campaign to restore and expand this Kansas City and National landmark.
The focus of the National World War I Museum is the same as that of the Liberty Memorial itself: to honor the memory and sacrifices of all those who served their country and defended liberty during World War I. Additionally, the museum puts into context the consequences of World War I and how they impact the world we live in today. The National World War I Museum serves to heighten public awareness of the Liberty Memorial as a Kansas City landmark of national and international stature and establishes the Museum as the nation’s leading educational institution and resource on the First World War.
On December 2, 2006, the National World War I Museum opened the window to an extraordinary emotional and intellectual experience. Designated by Congress as the nation’s official WWI Museum, the new state of the art complex at Liberty Memorial uses interactive technology to bring history to life, and to foster timely discussions of ethics, values, decision making and conflict resolution.
